Returns
If you need to return your product, please call 800-323-4784 or email logistics@henristudio.com to obtain a return material authorization (RMA) number. You may ship the product back to us at 1250 Henri Dr., Wauconda, Ill. 60084, Attn: Returns Dept. with the RMA number on the box. Please make sure you adequately pack the item so it arrives to us in a salable condition. A credit will be issued after inspection and approval. Due to the custom-made nature of our products, a 25 percent restocking fee will be deducted from any credit issued. A restocking fee will not be charged in the case where a refund is requested and the product has yet to be shipped.
